  2. Select ‘My Orders‘ under ‘My Account’
  3. Locate the specific order you would like to refund and click ‘View
  4. Beneath the product you would like to refund, click the ‘Request a Refund‘ button.

 If you ordered using guest checkout, please use form bellow.

  • Please tell us the reason you are contacting us
  • Please enter your 25 digit product license key
  • Drop files here or
      We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
      Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

    Refund requests must include the license key, and the purchaser’s email address. Requests with incomplete or inaccurate information will be disregarded.

    Please note: Any refund will automatically invalidate your license immediately.
