We will be able to support you with your download, purchasing and any user questions you may have once it is loaded to your device.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We do not provide support via telephone. Please open a support ticket.

After-sales Support hours

Support is only offered to verified customers with an active Download or Product key.

Our official support hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM UK GMT Time. During our posted support hours, we will endeavor to respond to all Support requests within 24 hours. Please allow adequate time for a response to your inquiry.

Please note: There are no official support hours on Saturday or Sunday. Support covers getting setup, trouble using software, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for 3rd party software.
